1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Cambo Film, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Cambo Film for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements applicable where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Limited right to use Cambo Film
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Cambo Film for lawful personal entertainment, subject to these terms. Content is licensed, not sold, and may be available only in certain regions, periods, devices, or membership levels.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, record, publicly perform, sell, or commercially exploit content unless authorized by law or us.
- Circumvent payment, access, geographic, security, or digital-rights controls.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, scrape, or introduce malicious code into the service.
- Use Cambo Film for fraud, harassment, infringement, unlawful content, or violation of another person’s rights.
- Transfer accounts, abuse promotions, manipulate rewards, or use automated means without written permission.
5. Purchases, memberships, and virtual items
Prices and included benefits are shown before purchase. Transactions may be processed by an app marketplace or payment provider and are also subject to that provider’s terms. Except where required by applicable law or marketplace rules, completed purchases are non-transferable. Virtual credits, points, rewards, or similar items have no cash value unless expressly stated and may expire or change as disclosed in the service.

6. Content and intellectual property
Cambo Film, its software, branding, design, and licensed audiovisual content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted remain with Cambodia Digital Television Co., Ltd. or the relevant licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, add, suspend, or remove features or content, including for licensing, security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that every title or feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, abuse, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using Cambo Film at any time and may request account deletion using the published instructions.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cambo Film is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without limiting mandatory rights you may have under the laws where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or operations. We will publish the updated terms here and revise the date above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
