Delete your Cambo Film account

You can start an account-deletion request inside Cambo Film. If you cannot access the app, our support team can help after verifying account ownership.

Option 1: Delete from the app

  1. Open Cambo Film and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open My, then select Settings.
  3. Select Delete account, review the account deletion notice, and confirm your request.

If you have an active marketplace subscription, cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting a Cambo Film account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by a marketplace.

Option 2: Request help by email

If you cannot sign in or reach the in-app control, email office@cambotv.com with the subject “Cambo Film Account Deletion Request”.

Include the user ID and account or phone number associated with Cambo Film. Do not include your password or one-time verification code. We may request additional limited information to verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

After the request is verified and completed, we delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed to operate or protect the service, including:

  • Account credentials and authentication tokens.
  • Profile information such as nickname, avatar, gender selection, and linked phone or account identifier.
  • Viewing history, favorites, followed series, and other account-linked personalization, subject to the exceptions below.

What may be retained

Some records may be kept for the period required or permitted by applicable law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, chargeback handling, or dispute resolution. This can include transaction references, security logs, and records of the deletion request. Retained records are limited and no longer used to provide an active Cambo Film account.

Information in backups is removed or overwritten according to normal backup cycles. Content already shared publicly or reproduced by another user may not be removed automatically, but you may identify it in your request.

Timing and consequences

We aim to review verified requests within three business days. Complex requests or legally required retention may take longer, and we will explain when additional time is needed.

Account deletion is permanent. After completion, you will lose access to the account, viewing history, membership benefits, virtual items, and other account-linked features. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
